What to do as an event coordinator
Before the Event
- Send out an email reminder to participants a few days before the event. The email list can be found under Links.
- If a person cannot attend your event, you will receive an email notifying you of their substitute. The board event coordinators, who also should receive this email, will remove the person's name on the sign up and write their substitute's name.
- Be the first one there
- Take attendance
- Take pictures
- Make sure everyone participates
- Complete the typical credit submission form:

- Send an email reminding participants to submit the event form [Optional]
